      Answer1:Yes, they will check and it will hurt your chances. To get around it dont list that job on your application or if you do, you can use a family member or friends contact info as your supervisor. Just give them a heads up first so they can expect the call;) Good luck!!
      Answer2:Just tell them you gave notice and they told you to leave immediately. Never go into any detail why you left any job. As my father always told me, if you dont open your mouth, you cant get in trouble.
